Raised in Hong Kong and having lived and worked in Ireland and Canada, the founder of Ranger Boxing Gym brings a truly international perspective to fitness
training and community building.
With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, this global background allows Ranger Boxing Gym to connect with people from diverse cultures and
lifestyles, while combining international fitness techniques with the discipline, strength, and tradition of Muay Thai and boxing.
